Whitecourt Golf and Country Club is an outstanding 18 hole championship facility designed by Les Furber.
A course that is enjoyable for all levels of play, Whitecourt Golf and Country Club is well known as a friendly place where visitors are welcome. This golf course is especially accommodating to juniors and young golfers who receive a lot of encouragement from the club.
Whitecourt Golf and Country Club’s front nine sports a traditional layout with tree-lined fairways, plenty of sand but little water in play. The more open back nine follows a slow moving creek and is more forgiving off the tee with wider fairways and less trees. The course’s bentgrass/rye greens are of average size and can be a challenge to putt due to subtle slopes and mounds.
The least parred holes on the course are the 420 yard 10th & 440 yard 16th. Not only do these two par 4’s have the length but they are also guarded by trees and water on every shot.
